I would have to say Roseanne is my favorite. Just because it was in my opinion it was one of the few laugh out loud hilarious shows of the 90's. So consistly funny.

I thought the Wonder Years was more of an 80's show? It began in 1988.

Married...With Children began in 87, but since it ran so long in the 90s I guess people consider it a 90s show. Same with the Wonder Years

My favorite 90s show is Frasier. Others that I really enjoyed from the 90s are:
Friends
The Nanny
Boy Meets World
Married With Children
Murphy Brown
Empty Nest
Ellen
Home Improvement
Seinfeld

Frasier, followed closely by Seinfeld, and then further down the line -- Friends.

Family Matters, Full House, Sister Sister, Saved By The Bell

Dean Winchester

live-action only

Roseanne (well, it ran until 1997... I call it 90's) and then Seinfeld

other honorable mentions
Friends
Ellen
Life With Roger (if only WB had given it a second season, the funeral procession scene definately ranks among the funniest tv moments EVER)
Mad About You

all in all, the 90's were a decent era for sitcoms, but I wouldn't say they were as strong as the 70's or 80's.

 I am SO glad I'm not the only one who remembers that show! That show was hilarious. I know it was considered a bad Friends clone, but I found it 50 times funnier than Friends. Maybe it will come out on DVD. I would love to see it again.

Anyhoo, my most favorite 90's sitcoms are The Simpsons, Wings, and NewsRadio.

I posted that nine months ago but it's nice that somebody agrees. It's a shame that everyone now will forever think of Mike O'Malley as a comic lightweight thanks to Yes Dear when he showed signs of being a great comedic actor on that show. The episode where Roger and roommate are being harassed by the evil landlord who in turn falls to his death while trying to mess with them, and then Roger is picked to give the eulogy at his funeral is frankly one of the funniest episodes of all of television, yet it's one that very few people have ever seen. Had it found its audience and lasted a few seasons, it would definately be one of the best 90's sitcoms IMO. It probably should've been the NBC show instead of "Men Behaving Badly" (which was very similar) and MBB be the WB sitcom
