Alex and Eric seperate!

03/01 - In "Joey and The Neighbor", airdate: 03/24/2005, the one where beautiful women keep coming out of one of the apartments in Joey's complex, Alex announces that she and her husband, Eric, are going to seperate, after he returns earlier in the episode from a long trip and they aren't getting along. Joey's date with the new neighbor goes so well that he actually gets jealous that she is seeing other guys. I am not sure who is going to be the guest start that plays the neighbor, she was not available for filming that day, so they had a stand-in for her part. Joey's new assistant Glen does not appear in the episode, left me wondering if he will leave the show in the next few weeks. No mention of him at all during the episode. Yeah, this is the start of the big arc for Alex I was talking about. It'll carry out through the final episodes of this season and well into next season, I'm sure.

Sounds GREAT. But, please, just please don't put her with Joey. Have them attempt a relationship, but decide against it.

I'm pretty sure they're paving the way for a romance with Joey. He's the one who comforts her when she breaks the news to everyone.

Sounds like a good story line but I agree that Joey and Alex shouldn't get together.

I don't see what is the big deal about Alex hooking up with Joey. I may be in the minority, but I wouldn't mind seeing where this all leads.

That's a heck of a season-ending cliffhanger. They're all at the beach in a beachhouse and you've got Joey, Gina, and Michael in separate rooms and Alex has to choose which one she wants.

Okay, so maybe that scenario isn't original, but the idea that she'd between the three of them is somewhat interesting--not that they'd ever go with that (and don't get me wrong, I don't like it, but it would be interesting).
