They Never said what happened to her, only that she died. They didn't even mention her name.Opie referred to her as Ma on the few occasions she was mentioned.

Thank you, I didn't think they ever mentioned her. How strange that it never came up. Kinda like the Brady kids. They never mentioned they're deceased parents either.
