I think it was the best episode of the season.

This is the second episode in a row that did not involve a patient storyline.

Has there been any other episodes like this?

Probably....I know there are, but I just can't think of any right now....

I'm more interested to find out whats next for Janitor and Elliot and the whole Turk and Carla thing....I think Janitor and Elliot are so cute together!!

does anyone know when the next episode airs? theres nothing on NBC.com or any other site.

Yah they did an incredible job w/the Eliot/Janitor storyline. It made Dr. Cox seem like a super ass, but his laughing at the end was hilarious.

Carla and Turk having problems is also great.

Anyone know what was the slow song they closed the episode with?

Wow same guy? I really liked Winter when they played that song in season 3. That was probably my favorite episode last season, and the song hooked well with it.

I actually felt sorry for Janitor at the end. He did have one of the funniest moments of the show "I used to have another friend. Red Headed Doctor. She had lunch with me every day. Then people started making fun of her, calling her Janitor lunch eater. Not the most clever bunch."

It's so weird seeing him be so serious. Janitor is one of those characters where you get just the right amount every episode. The more the merrier I say.

Plus they finally broke the thing they did he called everyone by some weird name because he called Eliot by name. Good stuff.

I also really liked that camera technique where they went in fast motion, then slowed it down (while focusing on something or rotating around them) then sped up again. Good stuff.

So I'm assuming this was a season finale, since there aren't anymore episodes set for the coming weeks.

It was definitely the best episode of the season, although they have had a string of great ones lately, and it makes me that much more upset that we're getting a rerun next week. I think we sort of got a glimpse of what kind of character Neil Flynn would have been had he gotten the Dr. Cox role (which he was auditioning for and almost got).

BTW yesterday on Conan, he mentioned appletinis during a remote sketch that he did. I remember when Zach was a guest he mentioned how he always watches the show.

Nah I think there are more coming.....NBC would have mentioned something if they were gonna cut it short this year.

I certainly hope they don't try to get Janitor and Elliot together. It's not a good idea.

Heather Graham was a welcome return. I hope she sticks around more.

It's probably just my piece of junk computer, but I couldn't get the song to play.

That's interesting because both my wife and I, who generally like Dr. Cox, found that scene to be very un-funny and sad. When everyone turned and walked away, they had this look of disdain on their faces for Cox. I thought he looked like a total ashhole.

I think that's part of why I liked it. Like -- what an ass! hahaha!

Thanks for the website. 'Closer' is an amazing song along with 'Winter'. Have to pick up that CD.

Well, he's genaerally an ass, he just isn't downright mean and nasty; in that episode ending he was. Just my two cents worth.

Damn, I still remember John McGinley from Platoon (1986).

I just found out that his 7 year-old son has Down Syndrome. That must be tough to handle.
