Evidence against Michael Jackson will include salacious testimony from the pop star alledgely molsted at his California estate.

Santa Barbara County District Attorney Thomas Sneddon told jurors in his opening statement Monday the brother would testify about sexually explicit material and alcohol being freely available to the many children who visited Jackson's Neverland Ranch two years ago.

The young boy, Snedden said, would testify Jackson repeatedly molested his younger brother, who is now 15.

Jackson, 46 has pled innocent to 10 charges, including conspiracy, child abduction and false imprisonment. He was described as unemotional and calm during the morning proceedings.

The defense was to begin its opening presentation after the Monday afternoon break. Legal analysts expected it to focus on the reliability of the witnesses and their alleged primary goal of shaking Jackson down for a payoff rather criminal prosecution.
