Have a strange question if anyone knows the answer? One of my favorite episodes, has Janeane Garofalo in it. She sees Doug out in front of a movie theater and goes in to see the movie with him (although he wasn't really planning on seeing it) and makes him call Carrie so she can talk with her. Anyway, I was looking through all the episodes and the one that is called "Cheap Saks" is the only one that I see that has Janeane in it. But, the description doesnt match the one I saw. Is there another episode with her in it? If so, how can I get that episode, I am busting up just thinking about it.

I'm pretty sure "Cheap Saks" is the only episode that Janeane is in. It aired last season. I'm not really sure if the 6th season is airing in syndication yet. Maybe someone else could answer that.

Also, about that episode. She came to Doug and Carrie's House and cooked them Empanadas. She kept making a big deal about everyone trying them and nobody wanted to. Does anyone recall this episode?

She was very annoying and Carrie just being friends with her so she could use her employee discount at Saks Fifth Avenue; such the name "Cheap Saks".

Janeane played an exgirlfriend of Doug's. He left her one morning after sleeping with her and I think he stole 20 dollars from her on his way out. That was his way of breaking up. He thought she was very annoying. Then runs in to her years later.
Carrie liked her at first and loved the store discount. But, then she started "literally" annoying the crap out of Carrie too. So Carrie dumped her as a friend.
