Yes I watched the show when it first premiered on ABC in 1991. I was 16 when it made it debut on ABC. I also saw the Original Airing of Steve Urkel making a Guest Apperance on Step by Step

I think I saw parts of it when it first came out (I was three when it premiered), but all I remembered was that Suzanne Somers was in it and one of the character's names was Karen. Yet I think I remembered the show enough to relive it since last year. Or to actually watch the show. :p

I was 6 when it came on and grew up as it aired, but for some reason I didn't think it would be any good, though I watched Boy Meets World and Family Matters. I knew it had Patrick Duffy and Suzanne Sommers, and I sort of knew Staci Keanan, but it just looked to cheesy and no good. Strangely enough then, it was those reasons that made me tune in last year in reruns and enjoy that cheesiness to the extreme, and even to watch Dallas I became such a fan of Duffy. So yes, all good things will eventually come around I believe.

I remember watching the TGIF lineup when it was Full House, Family Matters and Step by Step. I know I watched it, but the only thing I remembered is that I liked it, and that's why I started watching the reruns on ABC Family. I think I quit watching the original run somewhere in season 4, because I didn't remember Rich or Jean-Luc at all.

Here (Czech Republic) it premiered when I was ten (in 1993) so I was growing up with Mark and Al. But I knew only about 20 episodes from the first run. I finally have seen all 160 epizodes after I had recorded (during '2002 and '2004 rerun) or got them recorded in other way...but it took a long time - until this february.

Step By Step premiered after Full House had moved to Tuesday nights. Thus the lineup was Family Matters at 8 PM, and then Step By Step at 8:30.

No I didn't watch SBS from the start. I think I started to watch any time between. But I really can not remember when. And then I watched the Re-runs.

The Sitcom started, when I was about 6 years old and I didn't watch Sitcoms in this age. hahaha

Yes, I saw the show during its original run. I believe I got into it because it was on the same night as Perfect Strangers (on which, oddly enough, one of the main actors--Bronson Pinchot--starred as Jean-Luc for about a year on SBS; it was like watching PS all over again :D), which was part of TGIF on ABC.

Perfect Strangers ended in 1993. (Actually, six episodes aired in the summer of 1993 to provide closure to the series after the 1991-92 season.) SBS began in 1991, when PS was still part of TGIF.

From the drive into Port Washington to the big roller coaster drop, I never let go until it ended in 1998 (I was 17). I thought it was a real coup to see Steve Urkel on SBS that year. I remember when the TGIF stars used to do a Saturday morning round-up, which displayed previews of the new Saturday morning cartoons. talk about memories!

I was 16 when I watched the Original Airing of Urkel landing in the Lamberts backyard. I don't think I saw a promo for his apperance on SBSand was very confused to see him land in the Lamberts backyard.

I've watched step by step more on the abc family reruns than when it aired on abc and cbs.
