The 80's was a good decade for movies period. Beverly Hills Cop, Beverly Hills Cop II, Cobra, Rocky IV, The Golden Child, Commando, Red Heat, Over The Top, Ruthless People, Stakeout, The Color Of Money, The Big Town, Lethal Weapon, Burglar, Police Academy 4, Die Hard, Die Hard II, Another 48 Hrs, Do The Right Thing are just some of my favorite 80's movies.

dont forget some of the movies from 1980 that were so bad they were funny like cant stop the music .the gong show movie and the fiendish plot of dr. fu manchu.

How could I forget Friday the 13th, The Urban Cowboy, CaddyShack, and last but not mentioned, Bronco Billy. 1980 was cleary the best year for movies. Do ya'll agree or not?

i would like to add a good movie called carny starring jodie foster and gary busey to the list
