hey guys!
see alot of people looking for silver spoons. i have the entire set on DVD! 10 DVD's in total. i can't take any credit for it, was NOT my handy work. LOL! i got it from another fellow video trader. i enjoy trading and collecting tv series that are NOT yet released on DVD.
Quality is NOT suberp by any means. However it "IS" watchable and enjoyable for any fan none the less. viewing the discs, its quite apparent that it was a direct VHS transfer. at this stage i couldn't imagine how it would be accomplished any other way? all in all the discs aren't a total disaster. a far cry from hollywood dvd's but it cures any silver spoons craving that one may have. LOL!
i also just finished my personal set of the series "coach" complete with episode selection menu's, all 200 episodes commercial free, captured from a High def. 811 Sat receiver via DVI. NO inferior VHS transfer. needless to say the results were AMAZING! transcoded in dolby digital 2.0 surround. picture quality ranks up there with hollywood style discs. if they ever ran re-runs of silver spoons i know i could achieve the same High Def. results that i did with coach an author some fine discs.
anyone interested in coach or silver spoons drop me a line. im always up for trade talk.
im looking for "the facts of life" complete series if thats floating around out there complete on DVD??
