As long as you use Ad-Aware and Spybot or something along those lines regularly, you shan't have a problem :)

I believe Ares has some ad-ware in it, but it allows you to opt-out in setup. I used it before, but it's been awhile. It is a nice program, and it is much better than Kazaa Lite.
