I'm not getting my hopes up just yet (how many shows have been delayed indefinitely?), but at least it is being talked about.

I know one part that got left out in the Collector's Edition version of the Odd Couple on VHS. The one from Oscar's Ulcer when Felix rings his little bell during one of Oscar's poker games and said he used to call Gloria for dinner with it. And one of those guys said not to play Tinkerbell. Because I remember that on syndication, so let's just hope that it'll be restored for DVDs.
I am glad too that it is. I hope it will have original Parmamount logos like Happy Days and the Brady Bunch.
The Odd Couple web site said that there were two sets of VHS tapes about the Odd Couple. The first was in the early 1990's and the second was from 2000. I watched the first one and I could not tell if it was edited or not. I did not notice that much from that show when it was new though. I saw that the second set has some epidsodes from the first set and some. The original Parmount Gulf Western logo was on the first set too.
My friend who likes the Odd Couple too said that the second set from Columbia House would not have that logo since by that time it was plastered over by Viacom.

Jack1000 03-31-2005, 11:13 PM Guys,
Columbia House did indeed release an edited Odd Couple Tape #10 by accident. Some users were able to contact them and get an uncut version. According to several Odd Couple officianadoes, early releases of tape #10 were the only ones to have this problem. I believe that the title of tape #10 was "Health and Hospital."
