Okaaay. I doubt anyone really cares about this, but it's really exciting for me. So I'm posting a thread about it.

I saw 5 bands last night (jet lag gemini, sub rosa, merdian drive, stiffler, and hellogoodbye) at the Continental club in NYC. It was a small room, so wherever you were standing you were still close to the stage. For the first band I was in the back on the crowd, but I was able to gradually push my way up as the night progressed. By the time hellogoodbye came on I was like 3 feet from the stage (there was only a couple rows of people in front of me) which was perfect for me. I think I got some great pictures... I'll post them as soon as the film gets developed. Overall the concert was great simply because the place was so small.

To top the night off, I met Forrest (the lead guitarist and singer) and Chris (the drummer) from hellogoodbye. I got pictures with both of them, and signatures. :D

awesome. going to clubs to see concerts are the best, where ever you are standing you can mostly likely see the band.

Cool. I love going to live shows.... it just sucks that I'm so young because my dad always has to come with me. Last night both my parents came to the show but they just sat at the bar and got drunk. So that was cool.

My mom was talking to Forrest while she was drunk. She was like "this concert reminded me of when I was a teenager ahahah" and he started laughing at her. :lol:
