What is your all-time favorite episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and why?

I have 2 Favorites I like the first episode because I think its very funny when ashley sings a wrap song to god and like the one wre will gives carlton drugs becuase I think that episodes taught lots of kids and adults about drugs

It would be every episode with jazz (aka jazzy jeff) in it because he was awesome at that part. I loved it when Uncle Phil would throw him out the door.

the eposide when Will and Carlton go to there graduation party. Carlon takes drugs thinking there vitaman c tablets. At the end Will finally tells the family where Carlton got the drugs from. I really enjoyed that eposide because it was so powerful

I too like the "drugs" episode, but my 2 favorites are the episodes where Will's father visits and the also the series finale.

The episode where Will's father visits is very painful, because Will discovers his father's true nature, but it is bittersweet because Uncle Phil also shows his true colors, affirming that he really cares for and loves Will, and behaves as a "true" father should.

In the series finale, when the family is moving out of their Bel Air home, Will pretends to have an apartment when he really doesn't, because he feels insecure about his position in the family. It is heartwarming to see everyone care about him, and especially Uncle Phil when he tells Will that he expects phone calls every Sunday just as he does from his biological kids.

Will Smith is certainly a very good actor in these (and other!) episodes... he cries very convincingly and had me in tears a lot of the time! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif

there's an ep where carlton and will make a bet and carlton becomes c-note and is hanging in the hood talking slang and everything. i LOVE that ep!

I have a few, but my absolute favorite was when Will followed Lisa to the grocery store in that fat suit and told her he loved her with his fat pants around his ankles!

I also like the episode when Lisa took Will to a cabin in the woods as part of a sorority initiation! Oh, and also the one when Trevor died.

I don't remember the episode but it was about Hilary trying to contact her dead boyfriend Trevor and they go to a psychic. (played by the man who played Otho in "Beetlejuice") The psychic put a hex on Will and all sorts of crazy stuff happened. It all turned out to be a dream Will had but when he goes downstairs, his day starts in virtually the same pattern as his dream.

I like the epsiode where they are filming a Rap video in the house and they take all the furniture outside and it gets ruined so they have to go buy new ones before Unle Phil and Aunt Vivian get home.

My fave is the series finale, i cry every time i see it. It's so sad, especially that we never get to see Will say goodbye to Carlton.
Another favorite is the one where they guys are playing poker and to keep Jazz interested they make up this story of when Will and the family were in the Witness Protection Program.
Oh yeah and the one where Nicky's starting preschool and Will gets hypnotized. Stupid, yet hilarious.

Mine is the one where Will and Carlton went to a cabin and on the way back they got into car wreck and got stuck on top of mountain and then started an avalanche. They had a lot of heartwarming conversations up there, hehe

there r just sooo many good episodes...thats what makes it my favorite show of all time...i cant pick a favorite cuz so many r good but here are a few i LOVE:

where will dresses up as a fat person and sneaks around looking at lisa with her friend and wills pants fall down

will and carlton go to ladies apartment and they end up getting chased on the roof by "Mad Dog''

the one where Frederick visits

where wills dad visits

I really like the one where Will and Jazz teach Ashley to play the drums instead of the violin. That one is classic. I also love the one where Lark Voorhies shows up and tells Carlton that her baby is his. :lol:

I have many! but to narrow it down, i like the one when Will and Carlton had to stay in the pool house because Aunt Viv was sick or something of that nature. I also like the ones when Jazz would come over and mess with Hillary and Uncle Phil. Jazz was funny!!!

I like a lot of episodes. My favorites would have to be when Uncle Phil sues Will and Carlton for not paying the rent and the each tell their own side about what happened in court. I also like when Will's father visits and when Will gives Carlton the drugs (as mentoned in other post.)

I think my favorite episode was when Lisa was callin Will goofy and Will was getting jealous of that guy who was writing those articles that Lisa liked and Will went and made his own "article". "Celebrities Houses At Night" lol and Jay Leno sued him. Lol i luv that episode. and also the one when Will helps out Ashley by disguising himself as Ashley's dad and goin to the interview at her school. lol he flirts with the teacher the whole time

I love the one where Will is bored so he tries to flambe' a banana... but then he puts in too much oil so there's a fire and the kitchen is burned to a crisp!!! That was so funny!!! :lol: Then at the end Uncle Phil puts his arm around Will's neck, and then 3 days later Will's like "Are you gonna let go of me soon?" :lol: :lol: :lol:

I love the earth quake episode!
It was so funny he said to his gf you took off your hair your nails your eyelids and eyeballs is their anything else fake your gonna take off. And he complained about how she ate all of his breath mints and said to her your mama was a breathmint stealer!:wave: :seeya:

Oh i love that one 2 when he makes some french banana achol thing he saw hil doing lol and he sets the kitchen on fire!! lol and the guy who uncle phill is working 4 comes over! and theres no kitchen!!!!!!!!!!

I love the episode where Will gets accepted into Prinston (sp?) but Carlton doesn't, so Carlton goes crazy during his interview trying to act like Will, calling himself Rapmaster...in the end he ends up threatening the principal and later wishes he'd never been born when he's watching a Wonderful Live. Then Tom Jones shows up as his guardian angel and they sing about Carlton's problems. It's so fun.

I also love the episode where Trevor dies, just because the reactions of the Banks are so hilarious.

I am a huge Fresh Prince fan, but my all-time fav episode by far is when Will's father comes to visit and leaves him as ususal. I believe that Will showed his depths as an actor in the closing monologue he had when expressing just how much his father hurt him. this is an all-time classic episode and definately one of my favorites.

I love that episode where Will, Carlton and Phil go camping and everything goes wrong for them. They end up stuck in the cave with the prize money they have to burn to keep warm. Will and Phil are talking about serious matters. Will is telling them about his upcoming up, and how he often felt like he couldn't keep up with the other kids. Phil is talking about spending time camping with his father who had recently died, and why he wanted to spend time with Will and Carlton before they went off to college. So Carlton starts speaking, and everyone seems to think he's talking about something serious, like the LA riots, Rodney King, racism... something of that nature.

Carlton says, with a lot of emotion and his voice breaking:

For a long time, it gave me nightmares; having to witness an injustice like that.

It was a constant reminder of how unfair this world can be.

I can still hear them taunting him...

Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids........ How come they just couldn't give him some cereal!!!?
