View Full Version : This is so pathetic
Michael [hXc] 02-18-2005, 06:34 PM okay, today my brother was at school and he has a bruise on his face because he fell and bumped it the other day. the school phychiatrist asked what was wrong and he told her that I physically abuse him. then he went to the principal and she took pictures of his bruise and his school called my mother and asked about it. i didn't abuse my brother, the ****ing liar. i hope i don't get in trouble or anything because schools make such a big deal about things like that nowadays.
James"Thunder"Early 02-18-2005, 06:35 PM Why would would he say something like that?
Michael [hXc] 02-18-2005, 06:36 PM because he lies about everything and wants to get me in trouble. i didn't do anything and now his whole school, the principal included, thinks i abuse him.
Dutabi84 02-18-2005, 06:37 PM If you do get in trouble for it, you might as well beat him up. Might as well get in trouble for a good reason.
Michael [hXc] 02-18-2005, 06:40 PM i told him if i get in trouble legally, i'll kick his ass really bad.
TheGreatPretender 02-18-2005, 06:58 PM Wow that is really stupid Micheal. Well if your mom knows about this I don't think you will get in trouble.
Warm & Fuzzy 02-18-2005, 08:46 PM Wow. That's awful.
Janet McFarland 02-18-2005, 09:18 PM Oh crap good luck. Schools are really big with that nowadays and your mom should tell your brother never to say that again. I don't think he's realized what he's caused.
Hollow 02-18-2005, 10:34 PM i told him if i get in trouble legally, i'll kick his ass really bad.
i don't think you will, you're only his brother and i doubt you can get charged with assault for bruising someone anyay. siblings hit and kick eachother all the time. if your parents had done it, then yeah it would be child abuse and they'd get busted. when i was in fifth grade the mother of a girl in my class once smacked her over and over (because she forgot to do the dishes or something) and it gave her a black eye and a swollen lip and she had to tell all authorities that her sister did it, so she wouldn't get taken away from her parents.
but yeah your brother sounds like he's having problems, you should just ask him straight up why he's doing that. if he's pretty young he probably isn't trying to cause so much trouble.
Michael [hXc] 02-18-2005, 10:41 PM i think it's pathetic that his principal took pictures of his cheek with the bruise. i really think they should mind their own damn business (if they have any to mind).
i asked my brother why and he says it's because he hates me. i don't think the school really does believe the word of a 6 year old though.

6 year old? ok yeah, chances are he really doesn't know what he's doing. kids that age tend to take their imaginations a little too far.
Michael [hXc] 02-18-2005, 10:50 PM true, but unfortunately, nowadays 6 year olds have power. he really doesn't know what he's doing but then again, i one time did almost the same exact thing to an idiot in my class (long story), so i understand where my brother's coming from.
theanswerman 02-18-2005, 11:10 PM a teacher a school last year found my friends notebook, she writes poems and songs about death and stuff. she was sent to a phychiatrist.

If he lived in Iowa, the DHS would come in and probably put one of them in a foster home. I'm serious. It's pathetic.
It sounds like his brother needs psychiatric counseling anyway if he lies like that.
Dutabi84 02-19-2005, 12:46 AM On second thought, beating up a 6 year-old might not be the best idea. As long as you're honest, there should be no reason to get in trouble, as there would be no evidence that you hit him.
Brian 02-19-2005, 01:09 AM i think it's pathetic that his principal took pictures of his cheek with the bruise. i really think they should mind their own damn business (if they have any to mind).
Actually, they do have to mind. If a child is being abused or appears to be abused, it has to be reported. It's illegal to withhold information on an abused child.
I really don't know what to say. Just be adamant and say you didn't do it and stick to it.
Superstar 02-19-2005, 09:41 AM That seems pretty stupid of him. Does he have any idea hgow much trouble you could get in for that?
G-Force Glockstar 02-19-2005, 05:10 PM Is your brother related to my sisters?
Because that's what my sisters do all the time.....lie, lie, lie, lie just to get me in trouble. It's so frickin stupid!!! I'm sorry and surprised to hear that happened to you :(
Kay Scarpetta 02-19-2005, 05:18 PM I'm having sibling trouble as well. She thinks I'm getting all the 'attention' in the house and is a complete bitch to everyone. Yeah. My parents breathe down my back everyday to make sure I stay off drugs. I told her she could switch places with me anytime.
Anyway, I hope things get settled soon. I'm really sorry.
Belair 02-19-2005, 05:23 PM I did that once.My Dad wouldn't let me stay home from school so I told the teacher that he abused me,and she alerted the headmaster who called Family Services who paid my parents a visit that day,and although Dad didnt get into any trouble,he's now got a record at Family Services ;)

That's bad of both of you :(
But I guess that's what parents get when they don't let their kids have their way....
did you get in trouble from you dad later?
Hollow 02-19-2005, 06:58 PM That's bad of both of you :(

 you're kidding, right? you really think it's wrong of parents to make their kids go to school if they don't want to?
what kind of people have you been hanging out with?
Michael [hXc] 02-19-2005, 07:00 PM imo, it isn't wrong. plus it'll save the kid from having tons of homework and work to make up when they get back.
i meant by this that it isn't wrong to make a child go to school. that's what a good parent would do, besides it's the law.

You people seriously mean to tell me that if you had a first-grader who wanted to stay home from school to watch cartoons or sleep in, you would let them?
Not only is it against the law to keep children below 10th or 11th grade out of school for unnecessary reasons, if you let your child stay home from school whenever they want to, they're going to start doing it EVERY DAY. are you really telling me that if your child wants to screw over their adult life by not having an education, you wouldn't have a problem with it?
all you're doing by giving your child everything he or she wants is spoiling them. they can choose things like which (affordable) toys they want, but there are important things they don't understand and that you have to decide for them. otherwise they're going to grow up to be ungrateful brats who take everything for granted and will never understand that YOU CANNOT HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT, and throw a big fit whenever they can't have something as insignificant as a candy bar, thinking that someone is abusing them by not letting them have it.

thats how girls and boys become mothers and fathers at 13/14/15 living in a trailor park. they need an education.

i must have typed it wrong because if you read the end of the post it's implying to send the child to school. i agree that children need an education.

Guess I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't though.

haven't you told the family services it isn't true?

I don't think it matters. Once you have been accused by family services, you
pretty much remain accused.
it was she who accused him, not the services.

Yeah, but family services bought it, so that's basically the same thing.
no, it's not. for example, if someone accused person A of trying to murder person B, but person B truthfully tells authorities that's not true, why should anyone believe that person A did try to murder person B?
if the supposed victim says the supposed culprit didn't do what they were accused of, then sensibly they're telling the truth.
theanswerman 02-19-2005, 11:58 PM lozlrez he got served!
