View Full Version : Why did What's Happening have so many fat people? senor boogie woogi 02-18-2005, 02:30 PM Hola! I wonder why "What's Happening" had three obese actors in the show? I have never seen another show before or since portray people like this. What other shows had fat folks on it? The thing that I'm getting is that the producers and writers probably saw it as a way to get more laughs. I felt bad for Mabel King. I thought she had a very beautiful face and you could tell that she had a lovely soul. Kim Parker Nikki Parker Andell Wilkerson I have no problems watching fat people on TV. why not? they are a part of real life too. I much perferred to see ALL TYPES on people - gay, bi, black, latino, fat, DS and such. Fat people are funny as hell. |
