My younger brother (who is in HS) was off from school, and he started to get into the show during his school break. I didn't know that they were showing it on the UPN affiliate where I live during the afternoon. I finally caught a couple of episodes yesterday, and it's like "long time, no see." I am glad that a channel is devoting itself to airing a show that's been off the air for about a decade or so...while many channels show reruns of current shows or shows that recently ended.
The last time I watched the show was when I was a kid, so it will be interesting to watch it with a young adult eye and more of an understanding as to what's going on. I'm also glad my brother started getting into it. He liked the one where they tricked Ron into putting more efforts into his assignments. With all the crap out there (I'm talking about BET, mostly) that airs nothing but stereotypes about blacks, "Different World" is a breath of fresh air.
