Lately I've been getting them a lot, and my mom and I are trying to figure it out. It started a few weeks ago when I woke up in the middle of the night and went to wipe my nose, and there was a big drop of blood. It started again last night, then it did today during school...and just now. At first it's really dripping out, but then lightens up. Your nose bleeding once is fine, but what might cause it to do it that much? I don't know if being anemic has anything to do with it, or if it's the weather...I don't know.

Yeah but...the temperatue has been pretty steady lol. Yeah, last week it was warmer, but now it's just regular February weather. Maybe, but I don't know for sure. Woo, I got a blood stain on my shirt! :rock: If it doesn't wash out I can tell people I was in a war.

****, do you know what you've just done to me? Now I'm going to be scared for the next 7 days wondering if I'm going to die next Monday. When I watched that movie, I thought I was going to die 7 days later because I saw the ring just like everyone else. :snob:

Yeah, anyway...I'm pretty sure now it's just from being all dry and stuff. Or the ring. Either one's fine.

My nose bled a couple winters ago. I had a few broken blood vessels in my nose, so the doctor has to cauterize them shut. And let me tell you, that hurt like hell. My nose ran for half an hour and my eyes watered like crazy.

So if it keeps up, def. see about it.

yeahh, i probably will if it doesn't stop. It's driving me crazy, I don't want it to start again during school.

I used to get them alot, it could be the dryness in the room or maybe you are blowing your nose to hard

I Get them at least twice a week. My Sinuses are screwed up.

My brother had the same problem and went to to the doctor about it,who told him to lay off the coke,because he drank way too much of it,like 5 cans a day.When he stopped drinking so much coke,his nosebleeds stopped.Funny how cocaine use can cause nosebleeds,and Coke,the drink,can have the same effect.

I get em sometimes......... Thankfully I havent had 1 in awhile...... (They arent fun)

When my mom was little and growing up in Texas she would always get nose bleeds and my mom never figured out what caused them but every time I would go to Texas for vacations with my mom my mother continued to get nose bleeds. And it turned out it was the dry air of Texas that caused my mom's nosebleeds and she would always buy Afrin Nose Spray before we went to Texas and it worked well for her. I myself rarely get nosebleeds and the only time I get them is when it's really hot or when I get sick

I have not had a nosebleed for a long time. Usually when I'd get one I think it was due to very dry air. I learned to stop it by pinching my nose shut. You don't have to lean your head back, or else you end up swallowing blood.

Sometimes, I get a period of time when I get a lot of nose bleeds.
But I've been fine for a long time now.
