"C.J.'s Real Dad" - C.J. is shocked and delighted when his biological father (Danny Woodburn, recurring on "Seinfeld" as Mickey Abbott) - a motivational speaker and "little person" - reveals himself for the first time to his wayward son. But Jim doesn't trust the man and thinks he may have ulterior motives for the visit. Recording artist Ruben Studdard makes a cameo appearance, on "8 Simple Rules," FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"8 Simple Rules" stars Katey Sagal as Cate Hennessy, Kaley Cuoco as Bridget Hennessy, Amy Davidson as Kerry Hennessy, Martin Spanjers as Rory Hennessy, with James Garner as Jim and David Spade as C.J.

Guest starring are Danny Woodburn as Lyle, Mary Page Keller as Traci and Ruben Studdard as guy.

"C.J.'s Real Dad" was written by Rob Hanning and directed by James Widdoes.

"8 Simple Rules" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.

A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.

Ruben was a delivery man. The family got the call that CJ's dad was coming and it was about the time he said he would be there when they heard a knock on the door. So Kate just plainly tells CJ that his dad called and that was probably him at the door. He answers the door and there's Ruben and CJ throws himself on Ruben and says something "Oh big daddy you always were my idol!" then Ruben hands him videos that he ordered and has him sign for them then leaves.:)
