Who's your fave character and why???

Mine is Steve because he always had something funny to say!!!!

My favorite character was Harriette(JoMarie Payton). She always said things to Carl like on one episode, Carl was mad at Harriette at something, and was talking about genes. He tells Harriette that you don't get my point. She says "No, I don't have what you have!" He asked "What's that?" "THE JACKASS GENE!" She tells him and walks off. Boy I could hear the audience laughing their hearts off in the background and so was I.

Mine definitely has to be Steve Urkel. He is absoulutely funny in the old eps. I liked his number one catch-phrase - "Did I Do That"? I thought the older eps were great. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif It was sad when it went off the air though. ;(

Our is Richie!! We've always loved him, he dances so good!! And you can see a very talented and professional guy, but a sweet and clever child at the same time... We're sorry that Richie were not so much time at the episodes...

I liked Weasel from the 1993-1994 season. He was played by Shavar Ross who played Dudley Ramsey, in Diff'rent Strokes.

My favorite character on Family Matters is Steve Urkel and Waldo Faldo because they were the funniet.

My favs were Waldo And Steve. Waldo was just fun to watch, and Steve was too. They were just all around good characters to me.

Rachel and Harriette. I liked the character of Harriette Winslow when she was still on "Perfect Strangers". and when it's spinoff, "Family Matters" began, there were a lot of stories about the relationship between the two sisters, Rachel and Harriette. like the "fiction" short story that Rachel wrote to a magazine, that was actually about the family.
it was very very sad to see that the Urkel kid took control of the show and the lovely Harriet Winslow became a background, and also got stupider and less funny.
Steve Urkel, by the way, is the character I hate the most...

I liked Laura, because I would look up to her character for several things like: clothes, hair, education, and boys.

Steve and Laura, most definitely--by the end of the series, these were two very well developed characters who shared a special relationship. I thought Steve was immensely annoying the first couple years I started watching the show, but what do you know, he actually grew on me. I think he's a very likable character who genuinely cares about others--someone I would like to have as a friend.

My fav character is Grandma Winslow!

My favorite/favorites were Laura, Steve,
Stephon and Waldo. They were all hilarious in the show, especially Steve and Waldo.

My favorites were Harriette, Rachel and Grandma Winslow

All three of those characters were actually the main (but not the only) reason I was interested in Family Matters. I just found them very funny along with them being caring and compassionate. Once Harriette was replaced and Rachel and Mother Winslow were gone I lost interest in the show very fast.

I liked the season 4/5 eps that had Steve, Waldo, Eddie, and Weasel. Those eps were funny.
