She'll be playing Barbara Eden in this Sunday'sAmerican Dreams. Blecchhh! Couldn't the show's execs have signed on a hot actress instead of an uggo princess pseudocelebrity? Reese Witherspoon, Kirsten Storms, or Scarlett Johansson would've been great.

Paris Hilton as Jeannie? Its an insult to Barbara.

I agree. I ran across a promo of that on one of my old tapes and I couldn't believe it. I'm sorry but Paris Hilton is no Barbara Eden or Jeannie for that matter. There will always be only one Jeannie for me and that's Barbara. They could definitely have picked a better actress or celebrity than Paris to play the part. What a definite insult to Barbara and to Jeannie. :(

Simple solution: simply do not watch.

There was an article on one of the news websites this morning - about 2.5 million less people are watching TV these days.

That should send a message to the sponsors and the TV show creators.

If I had a mean streak, I'd say the other reason Paris is about to "do time" is because of that awful "impersonation" of Barbara...

THANK GOD I'M NICE!!!!!!
