UPDATED: 1:57 pm EST February 6, 2005
HOLLAND, Mich. -- A man has been convicted of assault and battery for throwing a breakfast sandwich at a McDonald's restaurant manager.
Authorities said the man and his young son stopped one day in October to get four Egg McMuffins at a McDonald's in Michigan.
He returned to the service window to complain when he realized at least one of the sandwiches had sausage instead of ham.
He threw it at the shift manager when she asked him to give it back.
The customer has been fined $600 and put on probation. He is also banned from entering the McDonald's restaurant

Not really, he obviously liked their food if he'd even eat there in the first place.
And ya, this story made me mad. If I worked there and somebody did that to me, I would not be able to resist grabbing the sandwich and smashing it into his face.

If he likes the food, it's not garbage to him. And four sandwiches for him and his young son? And his lowlife behavior proves to me that he is 300lbs+ and would probably just switch over to Burger King's breakfast, or some other unhealthy fast food restauraunt. billions of people have eaten at mcdonalds so OBVIOUSLY PEOPEL ENJOY IT K THX.
and don't push me around, i don't put up with that ****.
 Great example for your kid..."When someone makes a mistake, get really mad at them and throw things."
Yeah, what a jackass. And at a woman no less. I bet he wouldn't have been so tough if the manager was a man.
Kristina 02-11-2005, 06:25 PM oooo this reminds me, men have violence in their blood. it just proves it further. and it is very detectable in a member here that previously harrassed me in this thread.

Nah, it's still garbage whether he likes it or not.
I'm not sure why being 300 pounds makes him a low life. LOL. Thanks for the laugh.
phoebe7165 02-11-2005, 06:53 PM What a loser. Hopefully with this incident, in the future, he'll learn to control his temper.
bossradio93 02-11-2005, 07:14 PM He could've let the person working at the counter know and said something like, "You gave me a sausage McMuffin instead of ham". and the person would realize the mistake and give his replacement sandwich anyway. Now, the kid learns, "Give me the wrong thing, and I'll throw it back in your face!" That's his way of telling his kid if you get the item you didn't ask for he can throw it at him/her.
Wow, $600! That's a lot of money for an Egg McMuffin® sandwich!

It was not my intention to harass you, I simply stated that not all men are
violent or unable to control their anger. I also stated that you have prejudice
and hatred toward men, and that is not harassment, that is simply a fact.
I wasn't even referring to you. Read the above message, it goes for you as well.

Haha..your reasoning and logic are humorous. The food isn't garbage, yet there is a direct relation between being overweight and being a bad person? Your internet privileges need to be taken away.
