After last year, my expectations for American Idol plummeted, but tonight's audition episode blew me away. There's an incredible amount of talent this season...way more than in AI3, IMO.

My brandy-spankin' new obsession is Anthony Fedorov, Mr. Tracheotomy. :biglove: When he sang tonight, I got the chills. He reminds me so much of Clay in not only the way he performs, but also in the way he presents himself. Classy guy - and pretty dang cute, if I do say so myself. :kiss: Without a doubt, my pick to win the whole thing.

So if you were impressed with my boy tonight, POST HERE. :D

I think he's amazing! He and Anwar are my favorites so far. But oh man he's got such a beautiful voice. I think he's cute too.. I mean he's got Clay potential, meaning that if he gets into the finals, they'll change his look up a lot and he'll look a lot more like a pop star.

He reminds me TOO much of Clay.

The resemblance between him and Clay is a bit too close. I wonder if he'll eventually go home because of that, so they have a more diverse winners pool. I guess they would never say that, I still really like him though. I think Mario is going to give him a run for his money tonight.

I think that Anthony's resemblance to Clay could really be beneficial to him. It might give Claymates another shot to get one of their own to the top again. I'm a Claymate, and I'll be voting for him every week.

I don't like him. I knew from the second I saw him on the commercial that he would be compared to Clay, and I hate that. And that tracheotomy story is going to get old and dwelled on way too much.

I think you're right about the trach story, it's going to get really old. I want to hear them praise a contestant who had their tonsils out, that would be funny. I still thought he sang well and deserved to pass.

For the girls I like Sarah, Carrie, Emily ( :( oh well she can try again next year ) Ill have to see more later who else I like of the girls, whoever will be like Diana , she'll probably be my fav :D

Well, Looks like he made it. I like him and I think he did well in the solo singing portion, but I think he will not make it another round. It's just a feeling, I think Scott is a better singer and is in the same style as federov.

Honestly, I think he has one of the best chances in making the top 12. For some reason, I can't see him winning, but I think he'll go far.

A lot of the Clay fans like him, which is why I think he'll make it really far in the game. I like him because he reminds me of Clay, and I dislike him because he reminds me of Clay. Hes good, cute, and has a good voice, but I dont like how the judges love him, yet for Clay it was a different story. Kinda as if theyre making up for their mistake. But, hes my 2nd fav. guy (right after Mario *swoon*), so I hope he does good.

He did really great on Monday. I think he'll definitely still be aroud after tonight. I'm having trouble figuring out which of the guys are going to get the boot tonight.
