My favorite characters have to be Frank and Marie. They are so funny and entertaining to watch. I also love Raymond and Debra.

Debra or whatever Raymond's wife's name is. I am only a casual viewer of the show but that dark haired babe playing his wife turns me on.

I love Debra. She has an attitude like mine

MARIE! Doris Roberts is so funny, she reminds me so much of my mom,Frank reminds me of my dad!

I like the entire cast, but I have to admit I'm partial to Debra. I kinda got a little crush on her.

Of course you need all 5 of the main characters for the show to work, but I get the most laughs from Robert and Frank.

Anyways Robert is my favorite, he is funnier than Ray...JMO

My favorite characters are Frank and Ray because they are both always getting on their wives' bad sides which makes for great comedy.

Frank and Marie are the funniest, with Robert a very close second. However, I usually find myself sympathing with Debra. Again, they're all essential.

I too have often thought that Debra should have married Robert, but then I suppose it would be less funny.

Debra is my all time favortie. I can see myself doing a lot of the things that she does when I get married.

I used to really like Debra but lately, she's become unbearable to watch. She yells at everything and sometimes it looks as if she's trying to start a fight from nothing. Like in "Cookies". Did anyone else think that Ray was sexist? Where did she even get that from? Compare Debra now to Debra in Seasons one and two. In earlier seasons, she was tough but loving. I wish the writers would calm her down about instead of just cutting her out of scripts completely like they're doing now.

Frank has now become my favorite character. But, again, I have a problem. Lately, they're trying to show he has feelings like at the end of "She's the One", "Grandpa Steals", and "Pet the Bunny". The reason why I liked Frank was because he wasn't soft and was there to bring comic relief to serious situations.

But, then she had the surgery & I liked her face a lil bigger..and her tummy was adorable why she had to give into hollywood's idea of what a woman is, I have not a clue...
She seemed to have changed, on the show, after the surgeries..

He says the funniest things at the right time.

Ray. Downtrodden husband. Gotta love him. And his stand up is hilarious also.

The character on Everybody Loves Raymond that I like the most is Debra because she is sexy and has big boobs and does not take any crap from tha big mouth know it all jerk of a husband Raymond.:cool:

Marie and Frank because they were both crazy and worked well with each other.

I love the children. They are so cute!! Alexandra(Ally), Geoffrey & Michael played by real life sibling, Madylin, Sawyer & Sullivan Sweeten. They have grown up so much over the year! They were-Madylin was 5, Sawyer & Sullivan were one. Madylin was born-June 27th 1991. The twins were born-May 12th 1995.

I like Debra the best, especially when her & Marie lock horns.

How can you love one character without loving another? Like no one would be funny without the other. Ray without Debra? Frank without Marie? Debra without Marie? I don't think so.

There's a lot of truth in that. There are many great characters on the show, but since I'm interpreting the thread as meaning to pick one above the others (not all that super easy), mines's Marie - but there are others not far behind (Debra, Ray, Amy, Robbie, Frank (holy crap), Hank and Pat). That there are such a number is just one of the reasons the show is so beloved. Its strong on many fronts.
