Did anyone watch the Screen Actor's Guild Red Carpet show yesterday? The cast seems to be a little bitter towards Ray. When Star Jones was interviewing Doris Roberts, she asked who her favorite son was...Ray or Brad. Doris responded with something like, "Well, I play cards with Brad...so maybe that tells you something." The way she said it just seemed bitter.

I also heard about Patricia Heaton's appearance on either Letterman or Leno recently, where she seemed annoyed when mentioning how Ray was giving her some stage directions (as if she needed them) while taping the finale.

It seems that the fame has finally caught up with him and completely gone to his head. He used to seem like such a laid back, friendly guy. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is what I've been sensing.

Well, there's a saying.....NEVER LEAVE A HIT SHOW. My dad and I think he's dumb to quit the show. I think he's trying to get into acting in movies more. He's not a bad actor, but he's no Al Pacino (but who is). I'd be angry at him too if I was one of the cast members.

I think it is good to leave when a show is on top. You can really do damage to a show by keeping it past its welcome. Just look at The Drew Carrey Show for an example. Ray Romano doesn't have to work another day in his life if he doesn't want to.
