I looked at the upcoming schedule of Leave it to Beaver episodes on the TV Land website and I noticed on February 9, instead of starting over with the first episode, they start with the 10th episode, The Clubhouse. Why can't the network start the series with episode one instead of starting about a third into the first season? There are some early gems including the Brotherhood Pact, Aunt Martha dressing Beaver in short pants and one of my early favorites, The Haircut. this is like a radio or TV station showing only half a basketball game.

That is why they need to get the DVD's out and now! I have pretty much dumped TV Land except for watching for the few episodes that I haven't seen (which they keep skipping) or for the one I want on tape.

I'm very disappointed with TVLand's schedule for the next two weeks. Many of the first year episodes have been left out of the schedule and I think these early episodes are the best. Why does TVLand do this? I'm very disappointed.

In a few months it will be out on DVD anyways. Then we can watch them whenever we want! :)
