I'm currently really pissed off because i went to the hairdresser,and specifically asked her to cut my mid-back length hair to abit past my shoulders,and she cut too much off.Can anyone sympathise with me here,i am not fond of my new hair,and need someone to say they have been through the same thing.Its the last time i go to a hairdresser :mad:

They don't all suck. All I can say is just find some way to make what you have work. (hhhar, that sounds dirty) But yeah, in all seriousness.

Aw sorry to hear that. My mom's picky about her hairdressers. My hairdresser moved to Texas so yeah everyone else sucks and I now I have to look for a new one :o

My last hairdresser sucked. All she did was cut. She had no clue how to style. Now I got a guy who can style. Last time he had a cold and I think he didn't cut it even, but usually he's good. I'd like more layers, but oh well. I'm never happy with my hair anyway.

The same thing happened to me about 3 weeks ago,but my hair has grown a bit since then,so i am almost happy with it.I had waist length hair before i went to a hairdresser for the first time in years,and she decided to cut it into a long style bob with layers.I hated it at first,and was angry at her for chopping off my hair.I asked for it to be cut to the shoulder,but what i really wanted was shoulder-blade length,so in the end it was my fault for not saying "shoulder blade".
Its nothing to get too depressed about,hair grows back.I did the same thing 2 years ago and cried for a weekend,because my hair went from falling down my back to barely touching my shoulders,but within 2 months,it was growing,and had reached a good length past my shoulders again.
Hair grows,its not the end of the world.Just learn from it ;)

i just went to a new hairdresser and they did a great job, i used to go to this other one but he was soooooooo clueless and also kind of a rude jerk.
