Just wondering if anyone has seen a movie that featured a very brutal killing.Films i would probasly steer clear of.The worst one i have seen so far is the murder scene in True Crime, with Alicia Silverstone and Kevin Dillon.I couldn't shake the picture out of my head for a long time afterwards.

I dont like to watch brutal killings usually,so i also steer clear of horror/thriller films that feature them.
However, from memory,Urban Legend had some prretty gruesome murders.
Those Saw movies were pretty brutal.

Any Quentin Tarantino flick is bound to have a brutal killing.
I remember American History X had an awful, awful killing in it.
The one that stands out to me is in the remake of Helter Skelter. It's not that graphic, but it really happened.

Pan's Labyrinth had some nasty ones, one of them im particular has stuck with me ever since I saw it. You'll know it when you see it.
First post! Hi all, glad to be here!

I agree--that movie was surprisingly violent. I really loved the movie, though...I thought it was incredible.

If you are referring to the American History X killing where Edward Norton ask's the guy to put his open his mouth and put it on the curb then Norton stomps on his head, that is one of the most brutal killings I have ever seen. I always cringe when I watch that scene.

Yep, that would be the one I was talking about. Thanks for making me relive that
