I drive a Geo Metro. Got it in 1994 and it just reached 40,000 miles.

Well small is not what I drive. So I don't suggest mine. If you're looking for a reliable used car, I suggest Toyotas or Hondas, like a Civic or a Corolla. Both are small. I love Chevrolets and their parts are cheaper if it does break (and what car doesn't?) Prism (used to be Geo) or Cavalier. I know Cavaliers come in purple.

Yeah, I've heard that before. Similar ones have definitely been used for funerals. In fact, while shopping for a limo, I looked at a '72 (silver w/black interior) which actually was a funeral home car, low miles, something like 54,000. I didn't buy it because it didn't have the devices I was looking for like the partition window and rear radio controls.

2004 Hyundai Tiburon GTV6(currently with a half missing bumper and dented side skirt). I love my car. It's a beast. I got hit by some ******* going 50 and it was the only one still in one piece. My baby.

Although I am not planning to buy another car for quite a while (4 is plenty), my next one would be the one in the photo below.

There's just one thing that would delay me buying the Coronet- price! Good examples go for well over $10,000. Oh, well.

Thats why its good if you can put the insurance under someone elses name..Mine was orginally in my name but it was over $5,000 a year. then we put it under my grandpas and it's around $4,000 now. They said it should go down once i turn 18 though.

For whatever reason, I can't put it under my mom's name...they won't let us. Whoa, I'm not paying quite what you are, but it's pretty close. It should go down a tad when you turn 18..I think. I've heard it also goes down when you turn 21 and 25.

Well, you have a point!

Not to worry about me owning that '69 Dodge... the prices are very high for those and other muscle cars. For instance, a '70 Plymouth Hemicuda actually sold recently for $250,000! This being a car that originally cost $4,500 to 5,000. I sure wish my dad bought one when it was new and parked it in the garage for about 25 years!

I drive two cars but don't own one. :( The worst car I drive is our '83 Toyota Camry. The passenger side windshield wiper doesn't work. When you want to pop the hood, you have to yank a wire that sticks out of the front of the grill. It's got a pretty crummy radio that only works when it wants to. It's got a junkyard transmission, literally. But, I have to say it's a pretty good car. I've had it up over 90 mph, even though the speedometer only goes up to 85.

This is very similar to mine. The hubcaps are different though. It's kind of strange, but I love it anyway. It's already paid off, and it's all mine. I just wish people would stop running into mine all the time. I love Honda's. Once this one dies, I'm getting another one.

the adjuster looked at the damage of my car this morning, they took it apart to see what was up....$7,000 worth of damage and i'll be without a car for the next 2 weeks. I really didn't think it was that bad but apparently everything is ****ed up from the impact.

you don't know how pissed off I am. I'm without a car because of some stupid ******* drunk.

but on the goodside everyday i dont have my car i get $100. $100 x 14 days=happy me.

That would be expensive, too. A complete restoration these days cost between $15,000-20,000.

But that's okay- I really shouldn't buy anymore cars anyway!
