What a piece of crap. It's such a mess I don't even know where to start, and this is from a big fan of the 70s show. I think the big disaster here was this is a politically correct version of what was basically a wholesome family show. From the start you could tell the judges from the Search show were either on crack or just plain moronic. Out of all the talented women to pick to play the mother, they picked a short, older-looking-than-her-actual-age, uninteresting "actress." And the Keith character is about as sexy as that Mini-me character from Austin Powers. The only one the judges did a halfway decent job was with the Laurie character, but if you saw the audition show, she really let the trampiness come through when she sang "I'm a bitch." Yup, she's just a wholesome, girl next door. And don't even get me going on the kid who's playing Danny; suffice it to say he's one dull kid.

I caught the New Partridge show by accident because there wasn't much fanfare leading up to it. I guess the producers figured they made their money from the audition show and had to throw some junk on the set to keep from being sued.

What also stinks about this R-rated show (and even bleeping the profanity doesn’t help; and no way is this a family show) is it stains the original show.

I'll stick to watching King of the Hill and just wait for this dud to be canceled, if it already hasn't been.

I agree - it's horrible! Bet it's cancelled before 10 episodes.
