Classic album. I like the songs Wild & Loose, 777-9311, The Walk, Gigolos Get Lonely Too(classic love song). Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis left the group after this album & they became very successful producers. Ice Cream Castle was the last good album The Time did. My favorite songs on that album is Ice Cream Castle, Jungle Love, The Bird. Is their Pandemonium album any good Vashti1999? That's the last album they did.

Hands down, the best Time album. All 4 of their albums were slammin' though. I just wish they would finally release a Greatest Hits collection.

I played 77-9311 a few years back and my nephew who isn't familar with the Time heard it and said, That's on one of Tupac's songs. So I told him it's a lot he didn't know.

Morris Day came out with a new solo album last year that i knew nothin about called It's About Time. He has only 4 new songs on there & everything else is old songs by The Time performed live. I never heard any of his solo albums but i remember his songs Fishnet & Color Of Success.

I had never heard of The Time until late last year when my son-in-law asked me to find it for him on Ebay(which I did) So I got it for him and he was thrilled! My gosh! You should see his CD collection! He has absolutely everything! He used to work part time in a used book store where he collected just about every CD ever made! But he couldn't find The Time anywhere. Must be rare?

The Time was hot in the 80s Penny Lane, I don't know if that was your era of music.

Color Of Success was a great album. I never heard his other solo albums though, but I do remember hearing "Fishnet".

Too bad the Time reunion of the early 90's was a one-off, because it did give them a top 10 single and the album sold well.

Pandemonium is very good. I like it because they do some rock stuff on that one. Half the songs were written by Prince and Jimmy and Terry wrote the other half. Jesse Johnson co-wrote one too.
