Man oh man...I'm taking a business law course and we are required to start our own corporation from the bottom up. We have to draw up the Articles of Incorporation, the Corporation Bylaws, have minutes from the first organizational meeting, make a chart of accounts, make a balance shhet, and open a checking account in the corporation's name.

This project is due late March and it is going to take FOREVER to do.

LOTS of paperwork. Piece of advice...never start a corporation on your own, hire someone!

I don't even like to balance my own checkbook. :lol: I find it easier to just work for the man so I can go home and take a nap without a worry about work.

When I'm older and move out, I'm going to pay my dad to balance my checkbook and take care of my books and such. I never want to touch money.
