Do any of you notice that TVLand retains the original Paramount closing logos
on episodes shown on that channel:The Blue Mountain with Gulf + Western
byline first two seasons, the CGI Mountain with Gulf + Western byline seasons
three and four, and the CGI Mountain with Paramount Communications byline
the last three seasons(with the byline in gold the first year and in white from
1990-92). Why hasn't the current Paramount Viacom logo been plastered on?

Yes, indeed. The older Paramount Television logos were/are retained as of 2004-2005 season.
