PLEASE DON'T GO--After losing a job promotion, Marni (Jennifer Finnigan) falls into a depressive state, and Nate (Josh Cooke) fears she has gone to the Empire State Building to end her life. As he arrives, he finds Marni in a jovial mood and she attributes it all to her friend Carole. Marni later encourages Nate to see Carole, because she believes she can also help Nate with his problems. Nate, under the assumption Carole is a therapist and not Marni's friend, tells her everything about his life. Elsewhere, Tess's (Tammy Lynn Michaels) employer gives her two hundred dollars to buy Ryan a cat and things go horribly awry. Darius McCrary and Tom Posten also star.

Unfortunately, my Tivo decided to be a dumbass and not record this episode, so I missed it. Hopefully within the week I'll be able to, um, obtain a copy and post my thoughts.

It was alright. The yelling/fighting was amusing, but the cat subplot was duller than it should have been.

I finally got a copy of this episode a little less than a week ago, but it was only okay. The cat thing should have been funnier, and the therapist stuff felt meandering. On the plus side, more Clown and I finally saw a hint of chemistry between Nate and Marni.
