I have been told and I even believe them that there is no such difference and how many meals I have got in diners that use white eggs. There is no difference but love my brown eggs! I live in China and have noticed over the years just how much more tasty the eggs are. I take it because they were birthed at a farm, but arent all eggs come out of the butt of a female chicken? It is like vegetables bought from a store versus vegetables picked from a garden, the garden ones tast better....and they do, but is there a difference?
