Its almost unreal that on May 21 of this year he's would have been dead for 15 years. Nick at Night should do a remeberance of the Silver Spoons Co star

Wow, I can't believe it's already been that long. I think that E true hollywood story should do a bio of his life and career if they haven't made one already. It's so sad that Franklyn passed on. Wasn't he only in his late thirties or so when he passed?
