I may be looking for a needle in a haystack, but I remember when I was growing up in Simi Valley, CA during the early 80's that my mom took me to an actual Arnold's Restaurant that was based off the one in Happy Days. I think it was located on the east end of town on Los Angeles Avenue. Does anybody else by chance remember this as well?
