Ok If people are still fueding over whos best like Hillary Duff or Lidnsey Lohan. Nothing compares to them like who's better in the 80's,Tiffany or Debbie Gibson there both good. Today so called singers/actresses. Back in the 80's singers like Debbie and Tiffany just did one thing and worked on there music,not doing 5 things at once thats why Debbie and Tiffany are still around and there doing other things with there life now that there a lot older. 20 years from now we won't or the baby boomers of today won't even know who Hillary Duff or LinseyLohan is. Now who was those two girls again????

Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan are much better than Debbie Gibson and Tiffany. I always love Debbie and Tiffany. They're are favorites from the 80's.

Linsey and Hillary are just teeny bobbers,when Tiffany and Debbie came out I was a little bit younger,but I am a 80's kind of guy. Tiffany and Debbie are still my kind of gals. Mabe ,just mabe when Linsey and Hillary grow up some more I'll like there kind of style of music,but right now there deaf to me.

Debbie Does "Playboy"

Apparently, Debbie Gibson is trying to revive her electric youth.

The '80s pop phenom, whose hits included "Foolish Beat" and "Into Your Eyes," bares it all in the March issue of Playboy, which hits stands Feb. 11.

The layout reportedly features a "well-defined, yet very sexy, feminine look" for Gibson and marks a departure from her squeaky-queen teen idol image of yore.

Gibson, now 34 and known as Deborah, has turned down offers to pose nude in the past.

"I was born in the wrong era," she told USA Today in 2001. "I'm not comfortable with showing everyone everything. I never say never though. I've said I'd never get a tattoo and I got one."

It seems the Out of the Blue singer has upped her comfort levels in recent years--and Playboy readers will no doubt be looking forward to checking out that tattoo she mentioned.

Coinciding with her body-baring shoot, the singer will release her new, aptly named single, "Naked." She is also at work on a cover of Hall & Oates' "Rich Girl," which will be on her upcoming album.

Her last album, M.Y.O.B. was released in 2001.

Since exiting the glare of the pop spotlight, Gibson has carved a niche for herself on the Broadway stage, appearing in crowd pleasers such as Cabaret and Beauty and the Beast.

She's not the first 1980s pop princess to attempt to leap back into the public eye via Playboy's pages.

Back in 2002, onetime rival Tiffany stripped down for Hugh Hefner's mag, earning the distinction of being "the first teen star to ever do it," in her own words.

The "I Think We're Alone Now" singer actually advised Gibson not to follow in her (bare) footsteps.

"I think it probably wouldn't have the same effect," Tiffany said at the time. "I don't think [Gibson] would do it, frankly...And I don't think she needs to."

Hopefully for Gibson's sake, Tiffany is at least correct about her upcoming spread not having the same effect on the general population--namely little to none.

In addition to hitting the magazine racks next month, Gibson will also be seen in two Broadway on Ice productions in Florida, where she'll perform show tunes with former Olympic skater Brian Boitano.

We're just glad she has a contingency plan in place.

It's kind of a shame that Debbie (I'm sorry - Deborah) has to resort to stripping down for Playboy to get some publicity for her new single, but I guess this is how the game is played when you're a former teen idol.

Please take note teen stars Lindsay, Hillary, Ashlee, etc. never say never about posing nude for playboy. One day you may need the career boost.

Debbie Gibson and Tiffany, Debbie wrote songs and played the piano you can't say the same things about Hilary and Lindsay they don't even have decent singing voices.

Debbie is 34 years old.

Tiffany and Debbie Gibson are by far, better artists than Lindsay and Hilary. I think it's cool that Debbie wrote her own songs.
A lot of her songs are good. I like the songs: "Only In My Dreams", "Shake Your Love", "Out Of The Blue", "Fallen Angel", "Red Hot" and "Wake Up To Love".

Tiffany has good music, too. I like her cover of the Beatles song "Standing There".

I must beg to differ. I don't like any of the four, but to say "I like Hilary and Lindsay better than Debbie" is different than "100x more talented". I can't stand Miss Gibson, but unlike any teen pop princess before or since, she actually wrote her own music. At one point (I think Hanson might've bested her when "Mmmbop" went to #1), she held the record for the youngest person to write a #1 song.

You don't like her? Neither do I... but Hilary and Lindsay are MORE TALENTED?
