JANUARY 23, 1967

“Find The Monkees” (a.k.a. "The Audition") (prod. #4721) first aired @ 7:30 p.m. EST on NBC as the 19th episode of The Monkees.

Slicker and Black Label by Yardley Of London™ took its turn at bat this week to sponsor this segment, which featured the tunes (produced by Michael Nesmith) “Papa Jean’s Blues” & “Mary, Mary”, written by Michael Nesmith, and “Sweet Young Thing”, written by Michael Nesmith, Gerry Goffin & Carole King.

JANUARY 23, 1971

“The Case Of The Missing Monkee”, Episode No. 17 of The Monkees (prod. #4731, aired on NBC January 9 and July 24, 1967), was repeated @ 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.

JANUARY 24, 1970

“One Man Shy” (a.k.a. "Peter And The Debutante"), Episode No. 13 of The Monkees (aired on NBC December 5, 1966 and August 24, 1967), was repeated @ 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS, with a new song added: "If I Knew" written by Davy Jones & Bill Chadwick.

JANUARY 27, 1973

"The Card-Carrying Red Shoes", Episode No. 41 of The Monkees (aired on NBC November 6, 1967 and May 6, 1968), was repeated at 1:00 p.m. EST on ABC.

JANUARY 29, 1968

"The Monkee's Paw" first aired @ 7:30 p.m. EST on NBC as the 51st episode of The Monkees.

Kellogg’s™ sponsored the show this week, and the songs featured was "Words" written by Tommy Boyce & Bobby Hart, and a brief rendition (and later karaoke version!) of "Goin' Down" written by Diane Hilderbrand, Peter Tork, Michael Nesmith, Micky Dolenz & David Jones; both songs were produced by Chip Douglas.

“The Monkees At The Movies”, Episode No. 31 of The Monkees (prod. #4727, first aired on NBC April 17, 1967), was repeated @ noon EST on CBS.
