I LOVED the way she dressed, that was the only good thing about the Nanny was her wardrobe...

I loved her clothes as well.I envied her for her wardrobe.I do agree that sometimes she went over the top with how she acted.I didn't like how she treated Val either.

I used to dress in a similar fashion when I was younger (man, I miss those days) :lol: and I did not care if people thought I looked like a tramp or not...

I have a sequin dress that was very similar in style that Fran wore on the Nanny. I thought she was a gorgeous woman even though I am not a huge fan of this show...

I loved the show and loved Fran.I have a fake zebra fur jacket and miniskirt,with the black boots and headband,similar to what Fran wore on The Nanny.Come to think of it,alot of my fashion a few years ago was inspired by Fran Fine.

I didnt like her sometimes, i thought how she dressed was cool at first but it got kinda annoying how small her cloths were but she was really pretty and did look good. There were alot of times she bugged me and i wish the show wasnt always so much about her i mean i know it was called THE NANNY but( and i manly think this because i love CC/N) we barly got to see niles and CC realationship and stuff but i thought Fran was a really cool charactrer and Fran D is a great actress i just dont like that we missed out on so many great things that could have been done with niles and cc.....but i still love fran

Her personality and her voice got on my nerves and that horrible laugh of hers, as I stated earlier in one of my posts, I am not a huge fan of hers or I am a big fan of this show, but I did love her clothing and her style because I used to dress like that when I was in my 20s and early 30s... :lol:

I liked Fran, I love the way she dressed, I wish I had her figure.

Thats what i thought two she did seem full of her self and i really like Val i thought she was funny and sweet and Fran did treat her like crap sometimes

Fran thought she was alot prettier than Val,which annoyed me as well.Any gorgeous guy was looking at her,not Val.But i thought Val was a very attractive woman as well.Fran would also put her down about her weight,obviously because Fran was slim and Val was heavier.

I do not think that Fran was a lot prettier than Val, I agree that Val was an attractive woman, but comparing her to Fran is ridiculous, because one woman was very conservative and shy and the other flashy and gregarious. I guess it matters what your taste in women are. I am sure there were some men that would had preferred Val because she looked like the type that you could bring home to mum and Fran was just the opposite. :)

Bitch might not have been the write words but to some people, fans of vals or people who are not a size 2, thats how she might have come of as, and i agree that she was very nice to alot of people though i dont remember her ever being nice to cc, not that cc was nice but thats what made cc well cc and with her it was funny. I think that Fran could be a bitch at times but as a girl cant we all be!!!!!!!!!!!??????????? She is no more bitchy than other typical yenta women!
I think that being a little bit men made her character even more entertaining to watch and bond with. But C.C is The Ultimate Bitch, but that is what made me fall in love with her character more and more each episode!

How dare you lot say that you are fans of the greatest show on tv and start to slate the main character! I am a C.C/N fan but i still dont comment on the others the all contribute to the show and without that sense of bitchiness between ALL of the characters the show wouldnt be as successful as it was

Fran Fine and Fran Drescher ROCK!!! If being beautiful - especially at her age, and being able to wear those clothes (which I used to also) as well as a really nice person and great comedian is being a bitch - then all I can say is:

LMAO...You said it...Fran was gr8...She was unique and daring and made me LmAo! Remember this was a SHOW ON T.V. The characters were the way they were b cuz they were supposed to b that way :wave: Chill out ;)

She could get on my nerves sometimes, but not often. I guess I loved her, if i didn't, I wouldn't still watch the show.

Love the show, love the stars, love the fact that Fran and Val were best friends before the show and love the way some people forget that it was a tv show and the "actors" are "acting" a part. (jeez, some people need to get out more, ha!)

Yeah, C.C. was cold. When Fran asked her if it was a sad moment for her at all, when Bambi's mother had died, she just replied, that Bambi's mother probably hung on a beautiful wall somewhere. And she got ivory from Kenya, not caring about the poor elephant, who had been hunted illegally. And the list goes on.

I think Fran was great. She brought a lot of great things to the show. C.C. was definitely the meaner one, but she was funny. The "fighting" between her and Niles was hilarious. They had some of the funniest one-liners I've ever heard!

I think Fran Fine (and in real life Fran Drescher), is one of th most beautiful women in history, and I'm not just saying that because there is an extensive photo gallery at the German Fran Drescher Homepage. What, do you want me to start a Fran Drescher fashion thread in this forum?

Fran is easily one of the best looking women of her era: Great body that won't quit, nice hair, pretty face... As far as looks alone, really I think she outclassed all but relatively few women on TV at the time.
