Love: There really are about 10 shows I can think of off the top of my head I really adore and could watch day in and day out-so I'll pick one that ALWAYS lifts my spirits: Bewitched. Esp. any Aunt Clara episode.

Hate: I can't think of any I outright HATE. Usually if I watch something once and think it's putrid, I never revisit it and it usually blanks from my memory.
But I do have one I truly dislike 80% of the time and that's Good Times. The only eps I can easily stomach are ones with Wilona. Any GT ep that prominently figures JJ is one I hate.

traditional multi-cam sitcoms i find hard to like but would have to say How i met your mother. I liked the ending because it was good and the mother had to be dead for the show to make any sense. Hated... most
