You weren't fond of a character in it? Or the actor/actress who portrayed that character.

For me,it was Whos the Boss.Alyssa Milano got on my nerves and i thought she was a pain in the butt-it turned me off watching the show.

I cant say i have been put off a show by a character in it,but my parents dont watch The Nanny because..
Mum thinks that Fran is too up herself and Dad just cant stand her voice.

Mum also isn't fond of another one of my favourite shows,The Wonder Years because she doesn't like how the show is narrated.

The OC, i think that show is so mellow-dramatic and it sucks.I dont like Mischa Barten or whoever she is. Laguana Beach is the same, all those teens in that show are posers. :rolleyes:

Same here.The OC sucks,and Mischa Barton is a dreadful actress.She's also in desperate need of a baked dinner. ;)

I've never heard anyone say anything positive about Mischa Barton.

I can't stand watching Days Of Our Lives, because i think that Diedra Hall is just a bland, banal, blah actress who always has a blank expression on her face and doesn't seem to emote anything, ever.

Also:

Roseanne: because i can't stand Roseanne or any of the cast, i ecspecially loathe Sarah Gilbert.

Magnum, P.I.: because Tom Selleck is an elitist snot.

I didn't watch "Family Matters" because Laura and Urkel annoyed me.

Family Ties: because of Scott "Nicky" Valentine, Justine "Mallory" Bateman, & Marc "Skippy" Price. Say whatever you want people, but I'm not interested in watching those 3 idiots.

That 70's Show: That Danny Masterson. He's nothing but a 28 (29 in March) year old creepy little b@$t@rd who is a disgrace to the show. And I rather see Joseph Gordon-Levitt from 3rd Rock (another Carsey-Warner hit) on there than him. And at least he's young enough.

I stopped watching Happy Days in the later seasons mainly because Potsie was singing? in every episode! I couldn't stand it anymore! :eek:

Also I was a huge Roseanne fan until the later seasons. It got too far off the wall IMO.

The Cosby Show:I love that show so much,Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad are a fantastic couple but,when Olivia appeared on the show,I watched less often.

That's so Raven!I give it a chance because my daughter like the show.May be it's because I still see her as Olivia from The Cosby Show but,I could

I second Raymond. Both Ray and Brad Garrett grate on my nerves when they talk, I couldn't find myself enjoying a weekly series with them.

I used to despise ELR.... but now that my grandfather has moved in with us, and ELR seems to be the only thing he recognizes (doesnt remember my name or where the bathroom is.... but he knows his ELR).... I'm warming up to it.

I don't think I would ever buy it on DVD.

But the episode where the son calls his teacher mommy and Raymond asks him "why, was she yelling?" had me rolling.

I never watched "The Nanny" because I hated Fran Dreshers voice
I stopped watching "Will and Grace" because I can't stand Jack and Karen.
I stopped watching "Happy Days" because of Fonzie. The way he acts and talks was funny at first, but then, starting with the 2nd season, they added that obnoxious live audience, and it became "The Fonzie show".

The Nanny and Love and War ( I didn't like Jay Thomas) come to mind.
