Anyhow, I remember seeing Desi Arnez kissing Vivian Vance(Ethel) and Lucy was all "Ok..ok..break it up!!" LOL!! Anyone remember??

Yes I do. I think you are thinking of the "Bob Hope Chevy Show" in which Bob Hope plays Ricky, not Milton Berle.
