I agree, she really is underrated. I hate how Raven and Hilary think they can sing and act, and they can't. Mandy Moore is the best singer turned actress out there.

I don't have her first or the best of one yet. Personally I think it's too early for her to have a best of album but that's just my opinion LOL I believe the DVD is with the best of CD it's got her videos on it. Unless there's another DVD I don't know of.

I meet Mandy Moore right after she released her first album. I was working at Sam Goody music and one Saturday afternoon she did a signing. I didn't really care for her back then because she was so young and she was making Britney type teenybopper music. I did buy her Coverage album and really liked it. She has come along way with her music.
