Ep3: Mom and Pops:
Katey's parents pay a visit when she is least expecting it. Katey lied to her parents and told them she was an attorney, not a paralegal (like she is). Katey bribes the firm to pretend she is an attorney when her parents tour the firm. Meanwhile, Kevin begs Carrie for advice when he must appear in court with a woman she had a one-night-stand with a year ago. Carrie soon realizes Kevin's one-night-stand just so happens to be Judge Vanessa Albright (Vivica A. Foxx).

Ep4: Revenge Isn't So Sweet:
Judge Alright (Vivica A. Foxx) shows Kevin and Carrie that she still is upset about their one-night-stand a year ago, and starts taking out her anger towards Kevin, during a trial. Carrie must make things right between Kevin and Judge Albright. Meanwhile, Rachel gives in and lets Luke take her out on a date. After a night of fun, the two awaken in Luke's bed naked together. Both of them do not remember what happened the night before.

Ep5: Jodie's Glee Shines Through:
Jodie is overjoyed to see her ex-husband (Gil Bellows) and his mistress-now-wife (Kimberly Williams-Paiseley) are now getting a divorce. Meanwhile, Rachel tells Katey and Carrie about her date (and the morning after) with Luke, the girls are shocked. Soon enough, the whole firm hears about Luke and Rachel's date (and morning after).
