There was a line where a character told someone he loved them and her reply was thank you. I seem to think it was from Friends but my friend doesn't agree with me. Does anyone know what show that was and who the characters were?

Um, I thought it was Ross & Emily. Ross told her that he loved her at the airport before she flew off to London and she wasn't expecting it.

It could've been Joey & Rachel, too. I don't remember that scene but I do remember the same thing happening to Ross & Emily.
