Does any one remember this story, where this white girl(belive college student) was attacked by this black man, he had like long corn rows in his hair and i belive his name was wadada and he was crazy....
and the girl survived and her parents said every letter of the alphabet and they stopped at W for wadada thats how she told them..
remember?

I do remember that segment about that psycho Wadada, but I don't believe he was ever caught...but I could be wrong.

This nutcase still hasn't been caught. Either he is under the radar completely (doubtful), in the Caribbean somewhere, or even dead. He'll get his someday for what he did to Sarah.

How about an update on Sarah? Did she recover enough from the attack to be able to continue her schooling?

Sarah seemed perfectly normal when they interviewed her on the UM segment. I'm surprised that after being hit with a hammer, she didn't suffer more permanent brain damage, like Jenny Pratt did after being hit with a board.

It's strange that Wadada is not caught yet, if she had been killed he probably would have been. I dont blame her but why let a man she hardly knew into her apartment ? I mean now one had a picture of him (they used a sketch) and he was just a hang around. Nobody even knew his real name.
If I remember correctly his right hand was deformed like a claw (he could not strech his fingers out)...my guess is that he thought he killed her so he went out of the country.

I agree, but it probably has to do with the circumstances in which she met him. For example, if she was introduced to him through a friend, she could have just trusted her friend's judgment and thought Wadada to be a friendly, harmless person.

Don't forget that she was only 17 at the time. Probably living away from home for the first time. Probably was a bit naive.
