any thoughts on last night's episode. i enjoyed it better than the previous one this season. also when did anne meara start portraying spenc's mother?

I liked it I thought it was funny. As far as Anne goes I have no idea when she began potraying Spences mom.Mel :cool:

I thought it was another great episode. It was definitely worth me leaving class early to see! My favorite part was when Doug was trying to get her to understand what Oreos are, and he started doing the licking motion. :lol:

I believe Anne Meara started portraying Spence's mother back in '99, but at that point her character had a different name.

I tell you, it cracks me up to watch Arthur treat Spence's Mother with such disgust and disdain when we know in real life the actors that play those characters have been sharing their lives together for like a gazillion years. They most have a very special relationship that allows them to laugh at and with each other for so long.

Back in the early days of KOQ Anne Meara played a woman Arthur met at a senior singles night but she wan't playing Spence's mom back then. Susan's mother from Seinfeld was playing Spence's mom back then.

But anyway, this weeks episode was good but not as funny as last weeks episode.
