Saved by the Bell: The New Class (Season 1) - I like this show more than the original. Plus I like Image more than Lions Gate.
Soap (Season 3)
Superman: The Animated Series (Volume 1) - I've never seen this before. But it looks cool.
vashti1999 01-20-2005, 04:24 PM Saved by the Bell: The New Class (Season 1) - I like this show more than the original. Plus I like Image more than Lions Gate.
Yep, Image did a better job with the College Years than Lions Gate did with the original, so that's a plus in looking forward to the New Class. I'm kinda tempted to say I like the New Class more than the original too, but that may have to do with the fact that I've seen the original episodes so many times, the New Class will be fresher and a more welcome dvd release. I'm definitely looking forward to all the seasons after the first one.
Now if we get California Dreams, Hang Time, City Guys, Running The Halls, One World and all those other TNBC shows, I'll really be happy.

The only T-NBC show I really want on DVD is "California Dreams". I've always loved that show. Especially the first two seasons.
dawsongirl 01-21-2005, 11:03 PM Superman: The Animated Series - Volume One (Warner Bros.)
Anyone know if that's the one where Tim Daly did the voice of Superman?
dandelion wine 01-21-2005, 11:34 PM Benny Hill and The Dukes of Hazzard.
Skywalker 01-22-2005, 12:02 AM The Dukes of Hazzard-Season 2
slackermonkey 01-22-2005, 08:31 PM Both animated Batman and Superman collections.
And dawsongirl, yes, this version is the one with Tim Daly as the voice of Superman. The same version of Superman is currently voiced by George Newbern on the Justice League cartoon on Cartoon Network.

Adamantium 01-28-2005, 05:42 PM I bought all on my list, except for "SBTB:TNC" and Lidsville. I can't find them anywhere. I looked at seven different stores. Has anyone been able to find them or is it just Springfield Ohio that doesn't seem to sell these two shows?

I was at a video/electronics store today and saw the Lidsville set for under $30 but I didn't see SBTB:TNC at all, nor College Years for that matter, they just had the original SBTB seasons 1/2 and 3/4 on display. This was a store that has a good selection of dvds, let alone tv-dvds, so I was surprised they didn't have it. I'm supposed to receive a screener copy but haven't gotten it yet.

I'm gonna check Sam's Club before just ordering it online. Although, not with Amazon. I paid extra for one day shipping back on September 29th. I still haven't recieved the DVD's (Make Room for Daddy and My Favorite Martian). I also can't do Ebay, anymore. I was banned. They said I didn't pay one of the sellers, although I know I did. Anyways, I didn't answer my e-mails from them, not knowing anything was wrong (and being too lazy). Next thing I know, they closed my account.

Did you order from amazon itself or one of those marketplace sellers? I order from amazon all the time and never have a problem with them, they're usually good about sending stuff when they're supposed to. If it was a marketplace seller, I see why you're still waiting: they're not always reliable.

It's Amazon. I never had problems with them before. Except for recently. In October, I recieved a package from Amazon. I figured it was my DVDs that I ordered in September. Turns out, it was an order I had purchased way back in April! One which I had forgotten about. So I'm pretty sure I'll get my DVDs. I'm just sick of waiting.
Adamantium 01-30-2005, 02:24 PM I found Lidsville at the store. No store I went to has SBTB:TNC, so I ordered it off of Amazon. I know I said I wouldn't. But .. I lied. Hopefully it will get here before season 2 comes out.

I checked out three stores today just to see if any of them had it. No one had it. If you get it let me know because I'm starting to wonder if it even exists. I'm still waiting for the screener copy I'm supposed to get.
barwars 02-01-2005, 05:40 PM SBTB:TNC Season 1 seems to be MIA.
I looked everywhere for it. I guess I'll just order it online.

I finally got it in the mail. I ordered it from Amazon a couple weeks ago. I was beginning to think it didn't exist. I wonder if season 2 will be this hard to get.

I was going to ask you if you got it. Since I order from amazon alot, I joined their Amazon Prime program. Ordered SBTB on Monday and got it Wednesday. I was beginning to think it didn't exist too.
I wonder if Image will package the second season of New Class similar to the College Years. They should have had an episode summary insert in the case for New Class 1.

I know. I hate when they don't include an episode summary page or booklet. In your copy, did the episode "Home Shopping" look like it was filmed instead of taped? That's the only episode that looks different.
So I wonder what the deal is. Why didn't any stores get them. I'm sure that didn't help sales any. I really hope that Image gets the rights to re-release the original class, including "Miss Bliss". Also, the movies of the original class. Image is probably my favorite DVD distributor.
