For those of you are watching VH1, they're showing "I Love the 90's: Part Deux". The show starts off with 1990 and then 1991. Here's what you've seen on this mini-series:

1. McDonald's opened in Moscow.
2. "Dick Tracy" with Warren Beatty and Madonna.
3. 2 Live Crew, one of rap's inappropriate groups of the early 90's.
4. Bel Biv Devoe's "Poison"
5. Arnold Schwartzenegger on "Total Recall" and "Kindergarden Cop".
6. Will Smith on the "Fresh Prince of Bel Air".
7. "Supermarket Sweep".

I also have a copy of "I Love the 90's" from last year. I hope that I will make the DVD of both from last year and this year and it will make 2 hours of 1990 through 1999 back to back so that I can copy it on my DVD. This morning, I programmed "I Love the 90's: Part Deux" on my DVR so that I can watch the mini-series as seen tonight. I must go back to the first one of "I Love the 90's" from 1991. I like the segment of "New Jack City". The movie was not bad, the soundtrack album was excellent with songs like "New Jack Hustler" by Ice-T, "I'm Dreamin'" by Christopher Williams and other great songs from the soundtrack. I saw the one on Color Me Badd. I love songs like "I Adore", "All 4 Love" and other songs. As to point that out that Stevie Brock did covered the Color Me Badd song of "All 4 Love". I remember Stevie's version when it was on Radio Disney at one time. I hope that 1991 will continue on the other half of the special.

Here is another one you've seen on "I Love the 90's: Part Deux" on 1991:

1. "Rugrats" (not a big fan of the show but I have the theme song on CD).
2. "Terminator 2" (I remember seeing that movie since I was at Middletown with my mom and dad years ago since we were on a trailer).
3. "Robin Hood: Prince of Theives" with Bryan Adams "Anything I Do (I'll Do It for You)"
4. Planet Hollywood is still the biggest restruant ever. I used to go to that resturant back in 1996 since I was in San Francisco. I went there again last year at Niagra Falls.
5. Public Enemy, one of the rappers from the early 90's. I've heard one of the songs like "911 Is a Joke", "Don't Believe the Hype", "Bring the Noise" and others.
6. "Jungle Fever" a great film starring Samuel L. Jackson. I have the song "Jungle Fever" by the Charakas. That song was kinda inappropriate for me. But the song from that movie was done by Stevie Wonder. I've heard the song a long time ago on the radio, but I didn't have it.

Those of the one's you've seen on "I Love the 90's: Part Deux" on 1991. The only one they didn't have on that show was Disney's animated film "Beauty and the Beast". Another of these great films from 1991. Tomorrow, I can watch 2 hours of 1992 and 1993 back to back on both "I Love the 90's" and "I Love the 90's: Part Deux".

And did anyone else notice how the years in the lower right hand corner kept changing back and forth from '90 to '91?? One time it even said '99 in the corner!

I thought it was boring, I watched the first one tonight, then couldn't watch anymore.

Don't forget, "I Love the 90's: Part Deux" is on tonight at 9:00 PM. I'm recording 1992 on "I Love the 90's" probably the first and then it's "Part Deux" continues with 1992. At then at 10:00 PM is 1993. I'm recording the first one of 1993 and then the continuation of 1993. I programmed it on my DVR over the weekend. I love to see this episode. It's so funny.

I saw the segment on Frank Sinatra in which he did the Duets album with many of these singers and performers. That part was funny with the Kermit the Frog thing. That's funny!

I was watching the part on Jay-Z's "A Hard Knock Life". That part was funny where they trying to sample a rap song from a Broadway musical "Annie". I have the original version from the cast album I have on record. The soundtrack version I have didn't work out. They used that beat from the cast album. That was also the year that Disney did a TV movie based on a musical "Annie" with Kathy Bates. I like the part where many people are singing a rap version from "Cabaret", "The Sound of Music" and others. What about a rap version of "Maria" from "West Side Story"?:lol: I found this picture of the record that I have is in my collection.
