Without a doubt, blond Jeannie. I do not even like that she was cast as a character with darker hair in Ride th Wild Surf.

While i usually prefer brunettes ( my gorgeous blonde GF excepted ...love you Honey ), I deffinately think she looked best as a blonde...her eyes and complexion worked better as a blonde

...I'll tell you- I love the "real" Jeannie, blonde hair and all!

BUT...there are times when I have a yen for her "rotten sister"....she always gives me the impression that she's "dropping by" inbetween parties, affairs, sexual conquests, and other "sordid" adventures (though not in that order).
Oh, yes, and those times she "has" to "serve her master" [although I suspect she goes through them like Kleenex. No wonder she once declared, "I'm so bored, I could SCREAM!!"].

If you'll pardon the expression, she always breezes in as though she just had a good ---. You kind of wonder what would happen to Major Nelson if she really DID have her way with him....

Blonde Jeannie, she was the sweet innocent Jeannie. Brunette Jeannie was the evil one, although it was entertaining when she appeared.

It always bothered me that they never even bothered to give Jeannie's
sister a name! At least, on BEWITCHED Samantha's twin had a name
[Serena]. (Come to think of it, the idea of naming a genie "Jeannie" didn't
require a lot of imagination -- but it did work nicely into the title of the show.)

But then, maybe genies in general don't have names--the genie in Disney's
"ALADDIN" is simply called Genie. The only genie besides Jeannie that did
have a name (that I can think of) was Babu in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon
version of JEANNIE.

I prefer brunettes myself but I gotta go for blonde Jeannie. There are things about the brunette Jeannie I liked like that she was sultry and sexy and the way she said daaaarrrrrllllllllling. That was kinda cool, and she was always able to dupe her sister.

I heard that originall Jeannie was supposed to be brunette. They feared using a blonde Jeannie would just be another way the show would be too similar to Bewitched. But Barbara Eden won over everyone.
